Practical of sound
I created some of my own sound for our film opening which may or may not be used.
Our genre is supernatural horror, it involves a young girl throughout with a doll, because of this i have decide to make and record a sound which is a child's tune.
I made this sound by finding this old toy in my house, i then recorded it.

I think the sound works well as it relates to the young girl in it but it is also controversial as it is a horror genre. The music will sound creepy when the supernatural figure appears. I'm thinking of putting it towards the beginning before the tension builds up and maybe echoing in and out as i edit in fast paced shots and cuts which flicker. Hopefully this will look effect and work in our film opening.
